“Amerikafest” in Berlin

All in all I would have had more of an “American” experience grabbing a soggy burger at McDonald’s, but I suppose they tried.

Obama was there in spirit (no McCain balloons to be seen anywhere).

The rest was PR for such wonderful companies like Bayer (very American) or Amtrak (which, unsurprisingly, didn’t make it in time).

But for all who, like me, were quickly losing their will to live wandering about the sad display, at least they had this to offer:
